If your report contains a factual error in the GIS-sourced lot data or the Chapter 42 analysis, we will correct it and re-issue the report at no charge, or refund your purchase in full — your choice. This is our core standard: we would rather give no answer than a wrong one.
Values that we clearly label as estimated (for example, frontage or corner status derived from parcel geometry) or as requiring a title report (single-family deed restrictions / C2R vs C3N) are not "errors" when they turn out to differ from a survey or title search — the report flags these as items to confirm.
